The reality of our business model is that in many, actually almost all cases we need to have someone in the local market to work with on various types of deals we come across through our marketing programs.  

Scenario #1  We have a network of cash buyers that extends coast to coast but sometimes dealing with local cash buyers/investors is just easier and better.

Scenario #2  We may have an absentee owner deal and do they do not have current pictures of the inside of their home, well having someone locally that can go to the property and take pictures, perhaps formulate some repair estimates is essential and they are then a logical potential partner(if they wish) in the deal.
